Head of Channel Recruitment (Video Streaming / Surveillance) - c£Excellent plus bonus and benefits. The Head of Channel Recruitment will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners and hitting agreed KPI’s. Responsibilities * Performing partner profiling and identifying key partners. * Building a joint business case with the partner. * Help create joint products and/or propositions that incorporate the organisations technology. * Promote the benefits of live video in the context of value to the partner. * Help to onboard the organisation into the partner portfolio. * Participate in, and support interactions with senior channel contacts. * Help educate the organisations employees as to the goals, objectives, and opportunity of the partnership. * Work with the partner and the organisations team to generate early pipeline and first customer win. Personal Skills Required * Works in a very organised way and to meticulous detail. * Previous experience of channel recruitment and business development. * Ability to understand business strategy and how to create joint value in partnerships. * Able to operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets. * Creative thinking and problem solving. * Inquisitive, with a genuine interest in partner businesses. * Strong human and interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Relevant Experience: * Strong channel recruitment and business development background. * Good networking and strategic sales experience. * General interest in video streaming technologies preferable but not essential. * Good general IT skills and understanding
