Job Role: Head of Delivery – Recruitment and Sales Job Purpose: To own the delivery and growth of Babington Groups Recruitment and Sales Next Generation qualification delivery, responsible for the delivery and achievement of revenue and budget targets as well as maintaining and improving quality and compliance standards by managing a diverse remote team. The Head of Delivery will ensure that there is clear direction and focus to meet agreed objectives and targets, and that their team is appropriately supported to achieve this. Responsible To: Operations Director Summary of main duties: •To lead the delivery of the agreed business plan within the Groups Recruitment and Sales qualification sector ensuring that the revenue and EBITDA expectations are met. •Active leadership of the delivery team to ensure that all colleagues have clarity of purpose, are motivated and equipped to deliver their role within the business. •To actively manage team and individual performance and wellbeing, ensuring continual feedback and support to ensure performance targets and compliance requirements are consistently met. •To ensure all team members have clear understanding of Babington Groups strategic objectives, vision and the ‘BIG PUSH’. •To ensure each team member has a clear and measurable set of KPI’s that are effectively managed and recorded through ‘My Performance Scorecards’ and to ensure that there is a programme of continuous professional development that meets the needs of each team member. •To support the Operations Director in the implementation and embedding of performance improvement processes that leads to a positive and measurable impact in the sector. •To direct and manage the effective implementation of caseload management tools to all colleagues, ensuring everyone in the team is trained and adequately equipped to succeed and monitored in line with monthly objectives. •To support the Operations Director in establishing continuous and quality improvements that are being monitored and reported on effectively in supporting efficiencies within the team. •To manage the compliance of all delivery that meets contract, regulatory and budgetary standards and targets. •To manage the Apprenticeship starts target to ensure caseloads are kept to a maximum and within specific geographical areas. •To identify performance and operational issues within the team and work with the Operations Director to address. •To support and deliver change as specified and agreed within the business. •To ensure the required data is collected and produced accurately and in a timely manner, regular reports on progress of KPIS are distributed whilst making recommendations to the Operations Director on improvement measures. •To ensure that all data collected, shared and stored is handled in line with the Group’s Data Protection and Security policy. •To actively encourage the sharing of best practice, tools and materials with peers and within the team. •To lead and chair Team meetings with the support of the Operations Director and Peers. •To undertake accurate assessment of individual performance by tracking Success Rates, observation of activity whilst ensuring quality training is provided and meets Ofsted level 2 performance levels for teaching and learning. •To ensure that a positive and proactive culture is maintained in respect of health, environment and safety and that the letter and the spirit of all statutory obligations are met. •To represent Babington at any internal and external regional and national events, conferences and meetings as required. •To take responsibility for your own personal development, working with your line manager and colleagues to identify areas for development and ensuring that these are met through an appropriate mix of formal and informal learning, combined with networking with peers inside and outside of Babington. •Any other duties which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of Babington Group and is within the remit of this post.
