Head of IT Recruitment £25,000 to £40,000 basic plus commission at 20% and 30% of sales Inherit existing high value contractors with commission guaranteed Cardiff City Centre with some home working Red Cortex are a Microsoft Partner Cloud Transformation Consultancy at the bleeding edge of Microsoft solutions for cloud technology. We have a recruitment arm that delivers superior IT Recruitment solutions which is expanding rapidly. We are located in plush new offices in the City Centre and rapidly expanding our Cloud Transformation Consultancy so the role of the Head of IT Recruitment will be: * Delivery of internal jobs for Red Cortex Cloud Transformation * New Business Development and Candidate Delivery for clients secured yourself You can manage your own diary, working from home and flexible hours to suit yourself however the key is to ensure you are business developing Contract IT jobs and delivering on all internal job requests. This is an expanding business unit so you will develop into manager/leader and recruit, train and develop consultants to high performance. The successful candidate will have: * IT Recruitment background ideally contract roles * Proven track record in Business Development * Self-discipline, self-motivation and personal accountability * Commercially astute The business is set up with existing clients, candidates, Bullhorn CRM, job boards, LinkedIn licenses and everything else needed to go.
