Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to be able to source and attract the best talent in the market through innovative sourcing strategies and management of the recruitment team and entire recruitment function, and to support the overall business strategy as well as help the business grow through its employees development. The role • Effectively lead and develop the recruitment team • Guide and coach recruiter and line managers on efficient sourcing strategies • Recruit local and International talent • Support the translation of the vision and transformation through a clear recruitment strategy and sufficient resources • Maintain and update the recruitment policies and guidelines • Ensure adherence to the recruitment policy and guidelines of the Recruitment process • Maintenance of the recruitment portal according to policy and manage e-recruitment vendors • Monitor recruitment success ratio of appoint staff, service level agreements and other measures • Candidate management • Talent pool management • Perform all related administration and reporting • Own and monitor all recruitment finances and budgets • Work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs, help develop existing skills, help acquire new skills and align them with trends within the business as well as business KPIs. • Coach the leadership team in achieving their people management skills • Bring in excellent and consistent standards • Optimise leadership learning content and practices • Bring structure into career development roadmaps by utilising skills development programs and aligning them with employee tenure and performance • Support business objectives / KPIs • Manage knowledge through successful onboarding from the induction to employees reaching productivity and quality target • Help create & maintain a learning environment in contact centres • Evaluate all training carried out to ensure skills have been transferred back to the workplace, and that the training has been relevant, informative and effective. • Track, analyse & report the impact of the training & development programs The person • Educated to degree level • Must have a minimum of 5 years International Contact/Call centre experience at senior level • Telecommunications Industry knowledge preferred • A tertiary qualification in Industrial Psychology is preferred • Highly computer literate (MS Office suite) • E-recruitment experience • Social media and networking groups experience • Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment • Independent thinker and actor • High level of initiative, proactive and highly resilient • Strong P&L management • Ability to follow through, drive and monitor decision and actions • Good attention to detail and balance detail orientation with delivery • Excellent time management and decision-making skills • Good communication skills, written and spoken • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels and be assertive • Ability to tactfully and firmly manage external vendor interfaces and relationships • Excellent planning, organizing and coordinating skills • Experience in managing development and training within a contact centre environment • Have a professional training qualification gained in call centre/customer services • Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training solutions • People Management experience • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications • Able to travel (Possible) • Work hours (able to adapt work hours to different time zone) • Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences • Experience of managing and implementing innovative projects
