Job Title: Head of Marketing and Recruitment Location: Whitehaven Salary: Competitive, Negotiable Job type: Permanent, Full time REACT Engineering is a leading independent engineering and project management consultancy business, primarily operating in the civil nuclear decommissioning sector. The Role To support future ambitious growth and diversification plans, you will work with the senior leadership team to lead and coordinate all outward facing marketing and recruitment activities undertaken by the company. This is a senior role within the company with opportunities for further career development. You will have responsibility for curating and developing the company brand, creating, and implementing innovative marketing and recruitment strategies to support company development objectives, managing the recruitment pipeline, attending events and developing strong relationships with potential clients, external stakeholders, education and training providers as well as Third Sector Organisations. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketer and will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and/or hold a business, marketing or other relevant qualification. You will be happy operating in a standalone role where you will ultimately have full responsibility for marketing activities and for attracting new talent into the business. Previous experience in the engineering sector is not a requirement. Key Requirements: Support the development and execution of company marketing, recruitment and communications strategies. Ensure consistency of our brand across communication channels (i.e. Website, Social Media, Marketing Materials and Tenders/Proposals). Marketing and recruitment program/campaign management and delivery, working closely with our Public Relations and Media Content partner. Ensure that external communications are clear, impactful and consistent across all channels. Performance reporting and measuring impact to continuously optimise campaigns and their execution. Work with teams and individuals across the company to identify and support opportunities to strengthen the brand and profile of the business. Obtain client feedback and testimonies and develop project case studies. Support the production and review of bids, tenders and proposals. Work with the company lead team to understand future staff resource and capability requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and national education institutions and training providers.
