Recruitment Manager - Head of New Home Sales. Southampton Salary up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Package + Car/Allowance + Free Parking The Interaction Construction white collar business based in Southampton opened in 2016, since then we have established a strong presence within the Construction and Residential sectors. Following the continued success within the Residential and New Homes sector, we are now seeking for a "Head of New Home Sales". We are looking for ambitious individuals who are motivated to lead this busy sector. You will already have recruitment experience and be looking to take your career to the next level. We are searching for Consultants and Managers who have Permanent or Freelance / Contract Recruitment experience and are ideally looking for New Home Sales experience. However, we are open to considering all specialisms and backgrounds. The Positions you will recruit for will included: New Homes Sales Negotiator, New Homes Sales Manager, Sales Director, Customer Service/Relations and Sales Administrator/Progressor How are we different?
