Job Description

We require a Head of Recruitment for our expanding, established education recruitment business for an October start. We are open to applications from experienced staff who have worked in the sector and are looking for a senior role. Our business has a traditional side which is established and technology side through our new app. Our app is genuinely a fantastic revenue generator and engagement tool and will increase revenue for temporary and permanent placements as a great time saver for schools and candidates alike. The app is the only specialist education recruitment platform and app for both permanent and temporary roles and we already have won a regional award for innovation and government framework awards. If you are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service within the education recruitment sector, we would love to hear from you. In this exciting role you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates locally and nationally. You will be contacting local and national schools to meet their staffing needs and conducting client visits for both the traditional and technology sides to the business. In addition, you will be monitoring staff once placed in schools to make sure the placement is successful. You will have: * A strong sales/customer service background, either within recruitment or similar fast paced environment. * The ability to multi task and work at pace. * Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. * Strong financial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
