The Liberty HR Recruitment team is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in seeking a Head of Recruitment to join their award-winning company based on the outskirts of Whiteley. The ideal candidate will be a passionate Recruitment professional, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, leading and inspiring a Team. Volume recruitment experience is essential. You will oversee the full recruitment process, partner with stakeholders, strategy improvement, evaluate and provide reports for senior management, manage external partnerships, market mapping and supporting the company growth overall. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 8 fantastic recruiters, providing them with support, coaching and development. Therefore, you must be an inspirational, proactive and ‘hands on’ leader. As a person you will be resilient, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organised and able to juggle high volume recruitment.
