Due to exceptional growth, Oyster Partnership is looking to appoint a highly experienced Recruitment professional to play an integral part in opening our first Regional Office based in Manchester. With support from the London-Based MD, you’ll be given the full responsibility of setting up this brand new office. You can expect to be involved in all aspects you’d expect; from securing office space, designing layout and kit out through to recruiting a team of superstar consultants, who, with you as their leader, will proactively identify new business opportunities in the North of the UK. As the Head of Recruitment you’ll be involved in: * Leading a team of Recruiters – managing their daily activity and motivating them to hit KPI’s; * Identifying major clients and opportunities within the relevant target markets ; * Building rapport with key entities via networking events and business development; * Reporting sales figures to the MD and accurately forecasting future revenue; * Lead projects for new business opportunities (including BID writing, proposals and tenders); * Promoting the Oyster brand at Industry events and conferences. * Managing the P & L. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate: * Proven experience of building a successful recruitment team (ideally within Property, Engineering, Infrastructure, or the Public Sector.) * The ability to take a strategic view and drive growth through identifying and securing new business. * That they are capable of attracting, retaining and developing talent. This role is going to be tough but rest assured, you will be working with a great MD who has been in the business for a number of years. We are looking for someone who is extremely credible and has significant experience in driving a business forward.
