Title: Head of Register Recruitment Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience) - includes London Weighting Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Flexible working (willingness to travel to London Office when required) As a Head of Register Recruitment, you will support our ambitious plans to build the stem cell register, by unlocking the power of volunteer networks across the UK and maximising opportunities to engage with our young target audience online. We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven and whose ambition matches ours in terms of the change we want to create for everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. You’ll be an inspiring and confident team leader who takes a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the organisation to unlock opportunities. A confident leader capable of driving a high performing and efficient team, you will have a background in mass supporter engagement and demonstrable relationship management skills.
