Job Description

Just ONE are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Head Office team in Liverpool and lead a team of 3 recruitment officers in attracting the best talent from around the UK, to provide care and support to a wide range of vulnerable adults and Young people. You will be highly experienced within the health and social care sector as a recruitment manager or senior recruiter and have a strong background of sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles. The role will be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours This role requires driving and may require driving nationwide, so a full UK license will be needed along with business insurance. The ideal candidate will have and all-round recruitment knowledge and highly experienced in using a range of job boards, social media channels and CV databases. Main duties will include, but not limited to: * Managing a team of 3 recruitment officers * Sourcing a wide range of head office positions across the UK * Network within areas of the UK, to enhance the employer brand * Keeping on top of sector trends, new technology and recruitment platforms to advise the company on best practices * Constant review of the department and how to keep evolving * Identifying new recruitment initiatives * Building relationships with job board account managers * Identifying areas of improvement within recruitment * Deliver weekly/monthly figures to Directors * Attend job fayres across the UK * Build relationships with local authorities We are looking for someone who is driven and can hit the ground running.
