This role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked in a role recruiting candidates and bringing people on board and is looking for their next opportunity OR for someone who has worked in recruitment and is looking to get away from a 360 role. This role will involve recruiting clinicians into a network, actively pursuing new leads through to conclusion and paying attention to where the company has gaps in coverage to ensure that these hours are covered Salary £25,000 + commission 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Mon - Fri 20 days holiday + BH Accessible location in the heart of Birmingham Centre Main priority: You will recruit high performing established consultants and nurses, capable of delivering the highest standard of clinical care, and who will adhere to rigorous monitoring and continuous improvement measures as directed by Specialist and Clinical leads. Your responsibilities Incorporate existing clinicians into the network Actively recruit new consultant members, paying particular attention to where we have gaps in coverage Build the network using innovative techniques to achieve full national coverage, quickly. Quantify candidates. Ensure that clinicians have been verified and approved to join the group using established peer-recommendation techniques and review of clinical ability and audit. Ensure new members of the clinical team are welcomed, interviewed appropriately and provided with induction Use network to garner warm leads and introductions to trusts to build the business quickly. Articulate clear instructions or actions, outline the related quality standards expected and provide balanced feedback to consultants on a one to one basis at regular set intervals. Support and guide Governance and Governance Management to investigate complaints, draft responses and lead on the implementation of change. Attend industry events as required to drive recruitment forward. Proactively identify workforce requirements and issues Maintain a robust availability calendar for consultant members Represent the organisation at meetings as required and feedback information to all members of the team. Ensure effective communication, both written and verbal, in the interest of patient care with the clinical teams in line with organisation policy. About you? You must have experience in recruitment and in particular resourcing - recruitment within health care would be advantageous Proven ability to work towards and exceed targets Excellent communication skills - easily able to build rapport Ability to negotiate The successful candidate should be used to working in a high paced and demanding environment, using their own initiative to do what is necessary to achieve targets IT literate Proven ability to multi-task Interviews are taking place - Apply Today!
