Job Description

HealthCare Recruitmnt Consultant Responsible to Mark Kavanagh. Duties to include but not limited to, as listed below. You will be required to do what is needed to ensure the smooth running of the Branch/Business. * Daily up keep of office cleanliness. * Keep Tea and Coffee area clean and all cups and dishes cleaned daily before leaving. * Answer Office in-coming calls in a timely and professional manor. * Manage the data input of candidates onto Evolve. * Manage Health Care Business to ensure a professional and compliant supply of quality operatives is delivered, to ensure monthly growth of turn over and margin. * Ensure a timely response is given to all Clients and Operatives to ensure a smooth supply of information is provided. * Relevant job vacancy information is accurate on all social media sites. * Sales calls to potential new Health Care clients. Minimum target 50 per week. * Book 2 new visit each week. * Resource and fill 2 perm vacancies per month. * Ensure all workers documents are compliant and in each operative’s application pack. * Obtain x2 work Reference’s per worker. * All new clients to have Companies relevant Terms of Business and returned within 7 working days. * Working week is Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch un-paid. However, you will be required to work hours needed to perform your duties. * At all times ensure your Company mobile is charged and answered during working hours and out of working hours. * All clients have your work email address and work mobile phone number, and all clients and Operatives contact you via these details. * Attend clients sites as and when needed. * Ensure all client information is up-dated on Evolve on a daily basis. This includes all bookings, changes in pay and charge rates, any email site meeting, or telephone conversation. * All operative details working for each client to be attached/ added onto the relevant client on Evolve. * Every 12 months new Terms of Business to be sent to existing clients using MRR and logged onto the system. * Every Friday generate weekly report to be sent to Mark Kavanagh by 5pm. Detailing but not limited to bookings filled, bookings lost, new bookings existing clients, new bookings new clients
