Welcome to Wells-Brooks Associates Wells-Brooks Associates are an established professional seeking to appoint experienced recruiters to realise their earning ambitions working from home safely without the need for setting up their own business. There is no upfront cost, when starting as a self-employed Recruiter, you trade as Wells-Brooks Associates in your own division – e.g. Wells-Brooks Construction or Wells-Brooks Healthcare – and benefit from being independent and part of a growing team of highly experienced recruiters with over 30 years combined experience. This is a self employed 'commission only/paid on placement role. The commission structure is very simple: You will get 40% of the cleared fee of any placements you make with existing clients. If you find a new client that you make a placement with, you'll get the 50% of the cleared fee. This is a genuine opportunity to be a master/mistress of your own destiny, 'building your own desk and working the hours that suit you and your circumstances. So, the question is, can you take the leap into this dynamic, crazy, extremely tough world? To be a great recruiter you need to be ultra resilient with the ability to just keep on going. We are looking to add a minimum of 8 more home-based Recruiters in 2017 across the various disciplines listed above: As these are all home-based roles you can be situated anywhere in the UK and can utilise our established offices in Croydon as and when you need to do so. All that we are looking for is a minimum of 3 year’s professional recruitment experience in your industry, an engaging personality and an ambition to grow with us.
