Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Consultant 2+ Years experience Salary negotiable depending on experience Midlands Based We are excited to announce that Autumn 2016 sees the launch of Interaction Recruitment's specialist Hospitality and Catering division across our network of 30+ branches UK wide. Having recruited catering professionals from within our Industrial division since our launch in 1986 we understand that from the prep in the kitchen to an informed service with a smile, catering personnel create a lasting impression a client's business so it’s vital we have passionate, enthusiastic and skilled recruiters at the helm. Offering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions at all grades across Front and Back of House, Interaction’s specialist sector of Hospitality and Catering is a bespoke division where we offer our clients a truly consultative approach. With clients across all sectors including Healthcare, Education, Business and Industry, Hotels, Pubs, Bars and Restaurants we are looking for experienced recruiters to capitalise on Interaction's 1500+ existing clients. The role will be a mixture of new business sales and account management and you will be tasked with growing a temp or perm desk in line with pre-agreed targets. As an experienced recruiter you know what you put in is what you get out and the incentives and commission scheme on offer are very attractive but more importantly achievable. With a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in any sector you must be articulate, well presented and not afraid of the phone. You will be expected to evidence your past successes in recruitment and provide us with the confidence you have what it takes to get this division to the heights the Director has set. You will be working for an industry expert who will guide you on your path to success. It's an open playing field: no geographical restrictions or client ownership.
