Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant (National) CLARICO specialises in recruitment services to our clients throughout the UK. Our vision is to deliver a cost effective, ethical and high quality service to our clients by supplying temporary and permanent candidates of the highest quality within sectors such as Food Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Hospitality and Commercial. To Support our Hospitality contracts nationally, CLARICO are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage the supply of Temporary events staff at many high profile such as The Leeds Festival, Grand National, Glastonbury and many Football matches. The Role As an onsite coordinator you will be involved in all aspects of the delivering onsite recruitment services to our client. A typical day will involve checking in temporary workers at key shift changeovers, delivering Inductions, HR support, attending client meetings, registering candidates and general account management duties. The successful candidate will, Have the ability to develop and maintain both client and candidate relationships Excellent time management skills Be driven, target orientated, ambitious and have a desire to achieve excellence Be able to work on their own initiative Have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages Have a good interpersonal skills and organisational skills Be hardworking, committed and adaptable A full UK driving license What’s in it for you? 18-20k per annum DOE Car or travel allowance Free pass for events Monthly KPI related bonus Flexible Working hours between 6am and 6pm dependant on the client’s needs.
