Do you have bags of hospitality experience? Looking for your next challenge? From £8.07/hr including holiday, paid weekly. You’re passionate about hospitality and always provide great service – think you could help us find more remarkable people like you..? We need you to be very available - you’re really flexible, so will be happy to work at the weekend sometimes, or 5-6 days some weeks when we’re super busy (extra pay, great!). You’ve got to be a driver to apply – if you’ve got your own car, FAB! If not then you need to be over 21 (sorry about that, it’s so we can insure you when we hire a car for you to drive). You don’t need recruitment experience (we’ll train you fully, so no worries there), but you do need lots of experience as a hospitality team leader (maybe you’ve run a section of a restaurant, or helped to manage teams), and most important of all, you need to just love people – talking to them, training them, looking after them on shifts, and being very firm but fair and kind. You’ll help us: • Advertise, interview and train awesome humans for the best events in Wales & Bristol • Sign-in our casual teams at events, and lead by example on shifts, trouble-shooting and problem solving…you’ll be our eyes and ears out on site and clients will love your proactive attitude. You’re capable and confident, and you won’t mind supervising teams from other companies as well as your own team • Drive teams to shifts (who doesn’t love a road trip?!), be flipping amazing while you’re working the shift, and drive them safely home again Sound like too much of a challenge?
