JOB: Recruitment Consultant (Hospitality Division) LOCATION: Peterborough JOB TERM: Permanent 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri SALARY: £20,000 to £25,000 pa + OTE £30K to £35K At Select Appointments, we recruit for businesses across the UK across all of the major commercial, industrial, technical and hospitality disciplines. We've been doing it for over twenty years, and we've forged long standing relationships with some of the biggest organisations across the country. From our locations in Peterborough and Lincoln we have connections with businesses across the East Midlands. Due to lockdown lifting, we are looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Hospitality Division in the East Midlands area. This is a varied and exciting position where no two days are the same. This opportunity involves managing and coordinating the day-to-day recruitment requirements of key clients we support within our hospitality division, as well as the opportunity to grow the division by bringing on new clients. Day to day responsibilities will include: • Ensuring a suitable pool of candidates are available to fill all temporary bookings/shifts taken • To recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy • To register, interview, test and reference candidates • To coordinate and fulfil all temporary bookings/shifts requested by our clients • To maintain and maximise existing client accounts through face to face and telephone communication • To develop new business relationships through varied sales activity Essential Skills include: • Previous relationship management/account management experience • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills • Highly resilient and used to dealing with objections and challenges • A full driving licence • Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the business Desirable skills include: • Previous recruitment experience working within a fast-paced hospitality sector • Understanding of core recruitment principles Want to be find out more?
