Job brief We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join a very successful Housing division. This role is a target-driven opportunity with commission obtainable from the moment you pick up the phone. In a nurturing environment and a combination of training and ongoing development, you will learn how to network, generate leads, headhunt and qualify candidates. As the business grows your career path will develop to Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant level. Responsibilities • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for client requirements • Qualifying and short-listing candidates through in-depth interviews • Build and manage temp/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division • Have an active candidate facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts • Based in our new office, you’ll work as part of our recruitment team selecting and placing placing housing officers, project workers, scheme managers, support workers, homeless in-reach workers and housing advisers. • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets • Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness Requirements • High Achievers: People who go “the extra mile” and are naturally determined and a leadership personality. • Sales experience or ability: Candidates that exceed their targets and are at the top of any sales leader boards • Strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as attention to detail. • The ability to work well under pressure. • Take instructions well and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in our fast-paced office. • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft, Recruiter tools like VMS, Wed based applications) and telephone systems Salary: £17,000 basic Commission: Realistic (and previously achieved) On Target Earnings - £21,000 - £30,000
