Introduction/Job Overview: Cathedral Appointments is looking for an experienced Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to support the team with their internal recruitment. You will need to be a confident and switched on individual who has previous experience of recruiting and the administration of the complete recruitment cycle. Based in central Exeter, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to be fully involved in supporting the HR and Recruitment Team. You will be working within a small and friendly team, supporting the senior management team to meet company goals. This is a fixed term contract role with a start of the beginning of October 2018, working through to 30st November 2018 at first with the possibility of extension. HR Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer Responsibilities: * Support the core business functions within Recruitment and HR * Central point of contact for recruitment enquiries across all organisational functions * To write recruitment adverts and job descriptions and place them on relevant sites to attract maximum applications * Maintain recruitment reports, analyse data and identify trends * Support with general HR and recruitment processes, and general administration as required HR Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer Requirements: * A solid understanding of the recruitment cycle and previous recruitment experience is highly desirable * Clear written and verbal communication skills * A good knowledge of right to work procedures * Great organisational skills with the ability to work under own initiative Summary/Closing paragraph: The successful candidate will support the growth of the business by finding the right candidates for their internal roles.
