Seeking a successful, talented, versatile and CIPD qualified HR & Recruitment Advisor with strong recruitment skills and a exceptional practical experience, to join a well known family owned hotel estate, in one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in the whole of the UK. Located in the heart of the north Cotswold's, the estate is one of the most sought after places to stay in the Country. They invest massively in their people and the estate itself - so if you are someone who likes to leave their make your mark and be involved, then this is definitely for you. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead role in all things HR and Recruitment for one of the properties n the estate. The property in question was launched only last year and is currently under new Management, it has an incredible feel, atmosphere, and most importantly, reputation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take the lead, inspire and support HODs and play an active role in the employee lifecycle and not be afraid to implement change and challenge staff when necessary. Recruitment will cover a variety of roles and responsibility levels including social media, arranging interviews for HOD's, recruitment administration, data analysis and metrics and working closely with the rest of the HR team. You will also ensure that all HR matters are dealt with fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements, support discipline and grievance issues, provide guidance and training to managers and employees of the estate, help and implement training initiatives and workshops and ensure that all tasks are undertaken accurately, professionally and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar level in a forward thinking guest/customer orientated business such as retail or hospitality, and demonstrate you are comfortable with first line ER queries. You must be well organised, creative, versatile and flexible, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to think on your feet. Be ambitious and self motivated and demonstrate strong influencing and interpersonal skills. In return you will be offered a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, life insurance, pension contribution, free parking and 30 days holiday inclusive of Bank and Public Holidays.
