Are you looking for a new challenge? An HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator is required by a well-known and successful organisation that works across a number of locations throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.This is a 1 Year Maternity Cover Contract. Reporting to the HR Advisor, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for the HR team and provide advice to the wider organisation. This includes all areas of recruitment, system updating and resolving HR queries where possible. The post holder will have a focus on providing the best possible customer service and have relevant experience. It would also be desirable that they have a CIPD qualification or are working towards gaining one. Key responsibilities: Recruitment coordination * Providing an end-to-end recruitment service for the business; creating job adverts and application information, suitable for a variety of media channels and demographics. * Assisting managers with shortlisting, candidate engagement, and selection process coordination as needed with follow-up communication and documentation. * Maintaining records in accordance with the GDPR. * Assisting in communications between successful candidates and their new line managers ahead of on-boarding, ensuring a smooth transition. * The creation of appointment letters and contracts of employment and co-ordinating the reference administration process. Employee Relations * Support managers with note taking at meetings as and when required. * Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor. * Support colleagues in all Occupational Health matters. General * Accurately maintain HR records. * Continuously monitor and improve HR systems and processes. * To support the work of HR colleagues including providing cover during holidays and sickness absence. Please note that this is not a full Job Description. Salary & Benefits; The salary for the role is £20,000 - £23,000 per annum. Benefits include, 50% of in-house childcare, cycle to work scheme, auto-enrolment pension, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. A full-time role, based on 37.5 hours per week. The core hours are 10-4pm. Interviews will be commencing week commencing on the 23rd September.
