We are seeking a professional and personable HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our busy and well-established HR team based at Head Office in Salisbury. This is a full time and permanent position. The HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator will provide transactional and administrative support to the HR team supporting Head Office, Education, Clinical, Fostering and Residential services. The main duties of the role will include (but not be limited to): Maintaining employee data and ensuring data accuracy; Managing HR processes and updating employee data including; on boarding, starters & leavers, employment verification and exit interviews HR System reporting and data analysis Cross Functional Work e.g. HR Projects, Payroll, Learning & Development Liaising with all Five Rivers employees and stakeholders Liaising with recruitment agencies Supporting HR Business and Recruitment Partners Participate in recruitment, selection and induction processes (including assisting with advertisement of roles and attending interviews) Champion HR best practice through current and new initiatives Essential skills, qualities and experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel Strong system knowledge, ability to learn a new HRIS (and knowledge of SharePoint) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible and resourceful approach, and proactive in finding solutions Awareness of confidentiality Knowledge of drawing insights from statistical information desirable You will have the ability to form relationships at all levels within the organisation and effectively communicate across functional lines.
