HR and Recruitment Manager Temporary - Circa 3 months Lincoln Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of a temporary HR and Recruitment Manager to join a busy function. Description Supporting a busy HR team, the role of HR and Recruitment Manager will involve: Support with a wide range of vacancies - dealing with end to end recruitment processes from advertising to on-boarding Supporting with the review and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures at the organisation Work with stakeholders to ensure 'best practices for recruitment in the organisation Work alongside HR Manager and support with other generalist HR projects and dutiesProfile Ideal candidates will have a proven background in recruitment and generalist HR. You will be available to start immediately. Beneficial but not essential, you will hold a CIPD qualification. Job Offer Up to £30000 Circa 3 months with possible scope for longer term prospects. Flexible working arrangements available
