Job Description

My client is a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial business based on the outskirts of Newcastle.   This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR candidate to join a growing HR team.  Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the HR Assistant and Administrator, this is a busy HR role with a big focus on employee relations, recruitment and absence management. Key responsibilities include; Managing employee relations issues for operational staff within the business Leading on investigations Managing high volume recruitment campaigns Direct sourcing for more senior appointments utilising social media Managing absence and working with occupational health You must have demonstrable experience in both HR and recruitment within a private sector organisation.   You will enjoy working in a busy and challenging working environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Experience of utilising social media when recruiting for specialist roles would be highly advantageous.   CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
