Job Description

THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a HR and Recruitment Officer for a leading Public Sector client. Based in Sheffield city centre, this will be a temporary contract until the end of March. THE JOB: This is a fixed term position, which will undertake Leading on day to day recruitment activity and planning. This will include providing hiring managers and candidates with end to end support and guidance during the recruitment process. As well as working closely with the HR team to oversee casework, including attendance management, discipline and grievances. Within this role, you will be required to provide first point advice and guidance on HR and payroll related matters, as well as maintaining payroll records and carry out necessary checks. THE PERSON: The successful person will have knowledge of relevant HR and recruitment policies and procedures, be fluent in using HR information systems for accessing, inputting and compiling data, as well as effective communicator, influencer & relationship builder. This role will suit someone with a HR and recruitment background who has the ability to reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes to take swift logical decisions. You will be au fait with forming relationships across all levels of an organisation also. The successful person will be available to interview W/C 15th of September, with the view to starting soon after this. THE BENEFITS: This role offers a fantastic FTE salary of £25,715 and is a contract role until the end of March.
