Experience : 5 to 6 years experience in IT recruitment. Spectromax Solutions Limited is a progressive IT and Digital service provider. We are currently looking for a proven IT Recruiter to join our UK team with significant experience of recruiting for professional services and/or consulting companies . This role will focus on the attraction, engagement and hiring of contracted talent throughout the UK and Ireland. This will cover all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment cycle - building relationships with hiring managers, taking detailed briefs, and determining the most appropriate recruitment channels - within a constantly changing and fast-paced organisation. You will be part of a dedicated team of Recruiters, both on and offshore, working closely with the business to provide a responsive, proactive and professional resourcing service, ensuring that Spectromax attracts the best quality talent in the industry. You will be accountable for: • Taking ownership of various end to end recruitment/hiring projects as required. • Oversee all aspects recruitment cycle - building relationships with consultants. • Building relationships with project owners/stakeholders and determining the most appropriate recruitment channels - within fast-paced organisation. • Proactively sourcing and screening direct applicants against both live and pipeline vacancies using various methods. • Championing proactive recruitment methods and sharing best practise with the team. • Recruitment reporting – candidate tracking, pipeline status, campaign statistics. • Working with Hiring Managers/stakeholders to confirm start dates and on-board new employees. • Ensuring a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: • Strong track record of delivery within technology recruitment gained in research, search, agency and/or in-house functions. • Proven recruitment experience within IT Professional Services for talent acquisition. • Good communication and influencing skills. • A strong work ethic and proactive attitude that contributes to wider team initiatives. • Passionate about getting the job done right. • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different environments. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment markets. • Proven success in developing and managing broad stakeholder and customer relationships. • Proven experience of sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates through direct recruiting channels – research, networking, advertising etc. • Experience of utilising either in-house or external research support is beneficial.
