HR Manager - Recruitment | Specialist Healthcare Salary £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience Alton, East Hampshire Full time \ Permanent CCS | Compass Corporate Services are partnered with one the UK's leading providers of Live-in Care, Dementia Care, Companionship, Respite, Care at Home, Reablement, Stroke Care, End of Life Care, and Personal Care to adults of all ages nationwide with complex needs. I am looking for a Onboarding Manager with strong multi-site healthcare experience. Overview of the role We have a fantastic diverse opportunity with a leading specialist healthcare provider. My client is in the process of appointing an Onboarding Manager to lead and oversee the wider recruitment team and processes used to help support ambitious and realistic growth plans. It's an exciting time ahead, I am looking for someone with a true passion for recruitment and improving processes, an operational expert with experience attracting candidates through multiple channels. You will also be providing advice to individual business managers and driving efficiency of recruitment team through ongoing training, the recruitment team currently sits at 7 and split into 2 teams. Knowledge, skills and experience * Knowledge across all aspects of best recruitment processes * Pragmatic and solutions focussed, react to changing environments and circumstance * Managed multi-site healthcare recruitment consultants * Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills * Excellent communication and admin skills * Providing advice to individual business managers Key objectives of the role * Build a reputation of an Employer of choice * Analyse processes used and improve onboarding and time to hire where possible * Effective candidate selection from yourself and the wider team, ensuring the best candidates experience, candidates who do not meet criteria are responded to professionally and quickly & ensuring key candidates are met with a sense of urgency * Oversee and manage the Recruitment Consultants * This job advert is designed to outline a range of main duties that may be encountered.
