Job Description

THE ROLE: •We are an online photo and communications retailer that provides innovative customizable products to a global market. We seek a resourcer to support our HR Manager and help manage our direct recruitment and on-boarding process. You will be working with all internal departments to assist them with their talent and recruitment needs – this extends to our offices In USA. Additionally, supporting all permanent and temporary resource, filling vacancies and building a pipeline for the future. KEY DUTIES : •Generate and source high calibre talent using the latest social media channels, networking, attend creative/design shows and graduate; •Support the TA Manager on upcoming projects and vacancies for both temporary and permanent recruitment; •Engage and build relationships with candidates, encouraging them to apply and selling our employer brand; •Develop and maintain job postings, coordinate interviews and assist in the selection of candidates and manage the interview process; •Provide timely feedback to all candidates; •Complete or assist with other recruitment, talent and HR projects as assigned to enhance employer services and processes •Telephone screening candidates and conducting face to face interviews WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : •Excellent word processing and IT skills including WordPress; •Must be able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to an advanced level; •Previous experience of working within a busy HR function, including successfully managing a full workload and meeting deadlines and supporting HR processes; •Excellent customer service skills with both a professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills; •Proven success of working collaboratively and successfully with members of a team and the ability to work unsupervised; •Must hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal;•Be committed to excellent within recruitment and HR; •Proven experience of being able to work within a fast paced and changing environment successfully; •Be able to build professional and lasting relationships with management and candidates alike.
