Superb opportunity to join expanding company in Hove who need an experienced HR Recruiter to join their team. If you have proven previous recruitment and selection experience and enjoy organising interviews, sourcing for candidates and attending recruitment job fairs in a role that doesn't involve sales, then please apply. Applicants with good familiarity of HR databases, knowledge of Employment Law around recruitment, and hands on experience of interviewing, reference checking and strong decision making skills and a proactive customer focused approach we want you' Joining a small and friendly team, the role will also involve supporting HR team with their administration and support of employees and escalating any issues to management. If you have experience of psychometric and ability tests this is highly desirable, and applications favoured from people that are Qualified Level A&B Psychometric Assessment. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm, salary up to £30k doe, and 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) but currently under review.
