37.5 hours per week | 3 month Contract We are looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our Human Resource Team in Wolverhampton. The post holder will be required to provide efficient and comprehensive recruitment support in order to provide a professional HR service to the managers and staff. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish by liaising with the respective recruiting manager to ensure correct paper work is completed. The process will include drafting job adverts, advertising vacant jobs internally and externally, processing application packs, liaising with candidates. You will also obtain the necessary documentation for entitlement to work in the UK and processing the DBS checks. You will also obtain references for the successful candidates. You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and in a busy office dealing with conflicting demands. You will have an excellent level of education and good IT skills. Ideally qualified to NVQ2 level 2 or equivalent in Administration. The successful applicant must be able to respect the Christian Ethos of the YMCA BCG and uphold its values. A standard DBS will be required before taking up the role. Closing date is Monday 5th December 2016
