HR Recruitment Advisor - contract role + Initial 6 month contract role - could go full time + £25-32 per hour + Bristol based with some travel + Full recruitment lifecycle + CIPD or equivalent qualified HR Recruitment Advisor Provide a cost effective recruitment service in accordance with best HR Practice, performing full lifecycle recruitment for all levels and disciplines of staff in accordance with current employment legislation and business requirements. Advisory role : + Be fully accountable for the HR Service delivered, with assistance from outsourced provider, to the managers and employees on site + Work closely with the wider HR Team and the business to ensure that a fully integrated service is provided to the business Recruitment role: + Efficiently and effectively source, assess and select superior candidates via established role profiles/specifications. Facilitate the negotiation of offers through to acceptance stage, within established compensation parameters, ensuring "candidate care" is uppermost + Assess candidates using structured interviewing and valid testing methodologies as appropriate, to ensure developmental needs are known. Coach and advise managers on best assessment and selection processes + Project manage specific recruitment campaigns as required by the business, including drafting of external advertising. Participate in interview process - by conducting screening interviews or first stage assessment and making recommendations to managers (short listing) for consideration + Ensure that effective Recruitment services are delivered through outsourced provider, ensuring all pre-employment obligations are completed and the candidate is ready for hire. + Work on digital methods to source candidates + Maintain contact with candidates through to commencement of employment, including the development and delivery of induction, ensuring all processes are completed in time/against service provision + Provide trend analysis on retention and attrition and, in conjunction with XHRS, handle all exits from the business, including conducting exit interviews Individual needs: + First class communication, interpersonal and organisational skills demonstrable at all levels, is essential, enabling you to build rapport quickly and establish good working relationships with both internal and external customer base + Experience of working within the defence/aerospace industry, engineering and/or manufacturing environment is preferable but not essential. + Reporting into the VP of HR and the Head of Resourcing who will both offer guidance and advice, you should feel comfortable working independently, be resourceful and have initiative. The working environment is demanding and requires good organisational, time and planning skills. + To posses strong employee relations experience, consultative skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs, able to demonstrate an understanding of the role effective performance management plays in driving organisational effectiveness 37 hour week: Bristol Other UK travel travel, with occasional overnight stays Preferable if able to drive Degree qualified with HR bias.
