Job Description

Keystream Healthcare requires a HR Recruitment and Resourcing Co-Ordinator to join an NHS Organisation based in Bedford. The role is to coordinate all recruitment activities for the Trust, in line with Trust policy and the corporate workforce training plan, under the direction of the Head of HR. Ensuring that the overall approach used to deliver recruitment initiatives are aligned to the Trust Workforce Strategy, by ensuring the recruitment process is appropriately delivered, time effective, high quality, and responsive to the needs of the Trust. The candidate will also assist with the development, implementation and management of recruitment initiatives and assist with resourcing strategies and solutions to reflect corporate aims and objectives and service needs, under the direction of the HR Services Manager. Therefore, providing a day-to-day operational leadership and management to the Recruitment Team, including Recruitment Administrators and Recruitment Support Assistant,. Key skills & Technologies Essential: • Graduate CIPD or working towards or equivalent level of experience in an HR environment • Evidence of Continual Professional Development • At least 3 years working in a HR/recruitment environment • Experience of supervising other team members work and delegation • In depth understanding and experience of NHS recruitment process including advertising and running campaigns • Up to date knowledge of recruitment policies and any relevant employment law Desirable: • Job Evaluation skills and knowledge • Experience of working within the public sector, ideally the NHS • Exemplary working knowledge of NHS Employment Check Standards • Experience of using NHS Jobs, ESR and MS Office to an intermediate level of competency If you are an experienced HR Recruitment and Resourcing Co-Ordinator and have the necessary skills, then please send your CV for immediate consideration.
