Job Description

Brook Street are searching for a Talented HR Recruitment and Training Manager for a company based in Harlow. Due to successful growth of the business my client is now in a position to look for a pro-active and experienced Recruitment, training and HR manager who can take sole responsibility for sourcing and on-boarding the future stars of the company. Your key responsibilities are: Manage the recruitment strategies of the business, working closely with the Management team to understand their specific requirements. Manage the whole recruitment cycle (including on-boarding/training), recruiting candidates in a timely and efficient matter in order to meet KPIs. Research, develop and implement routes to market, including social media and job boards, to attract and headhunt talent. Review and screen all applicants, shortlisting for interviews. Manage relationships and communications with all applicants, including negotiations. Manage all recruitment, training and HR related administration (e.g. job specs, employment contracts, offer letters, training manuals etc). Keep up-to-date with changes to employment law and regulations required for recruitment and compliance, and communicate to the wider team. Support the Finance manager in maintaining, updating and creating policies, procedures and contracts in line with company and employment law changes, as well as providing advice and support on a wide range of HR issues to all staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment across departments, extensive knowledge UK employment law. Have a strong work ethic, with a results driven and logical approach. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Consistently maintain a professional and personable attitude due to the confidential nature of the work. Energetic and a passion to learn and develop your recruitment, training and HR skills. A genuine desire to get hands-on in a thriving company.
