Job Description

HR Recruitment Campaign Officer needed in Chicksands £10.50 – 13.07 per hour Ref: 923745 This is a temporary full time position for around 3 months initially. Role Purpose To support the provision of an efficient and ‘customer focused’ recruitment service. This will include managing recruitment campaigns on a day to day basis in a proactive way that support recruiting the right talent. Main Duties • Provide high quality business focused HR advice and support taking into account current employment legislation, business needs, good practice and policies and procedures • Deliver a ‘first class’ service supporting and advising on all aspect of the recruitment journey including advertising, selection, offer, branding, checks, talent pool management, and on boarding, including timely processing of employment checks and contracts of employment • Carry out market research into local and national resourcing initiatives analysis trends and best practice to use to develop appropriate plans • To continually monitor and report on service provision and quality, introducing more effective ways of working where appropriate, and reporting on performance against agreed targets • Provide high quality business focused HR advice and support taking into account current employment legislation, business needs, good practice and policies and procedures If you are interested in the role, or for a full job description, please email your CV to Taylor quoting the reference number or call 03303353333 to discuss the role further.
