Job Description

Our client needs a part-time HR Recruitment Manager to be at the heart of their business. This amazing Not-for-Profit organisation has a real passion to deliver excellent service and develop and invest in their employees! They are currently seeking a part-time HR Recruitment Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension). This exciting role will be for 20 hours per week and is based in the Solent area. The successful candidate will report to the HR Director. You will be CIPD qualified or with evidence of the equivalent level of direct work experience. The key responsibilities for this role include: * Oversee the recruitment function and the recruitment team. * Set department SLAs and monitor/report to the HR Director on analytics: time taken to hire, cost per appointment, turnover rates, agency spend. * Responsible for the recruitment budget. * Recommend, agree, and implement talent attraction strategies, addressing the recruitment priorities of the organisation. * Work with managers to identify recruitment requirements, work collaboratively, providing advice, guidance and training for all employees. The appointee will be expected to: * You will be CIPD qualified or evidence of the equivalent level of direct work experience. * Evidence of working at a senior HR level and with high customer interaction. * Have end-to-end recruitment experience and show evidence of keeping updated on talent management practice and legislation. * Have experience in effectively managing teams and departments. * To have achieved, or be willing to work towards, a CIPD intermediate qualification. * Knowledgeable of Ofsted and CQC regulatory standards would be desirable, but not essential. The salary is £33,434 - £39,390 pro rata (actual pay £17,831 - £21,008). Holiday allowance is 25 days, plus statutory 8 days bank holiday.
