Job Description

Elevation Business Support are currently working with a leading provider within the building industry. They are looking to recruit an immediate start HR/Recruitment Administrator to support and work alongside the HR Team for approximately 10 weeks. This exciting role will be reporting into the HR Manager and will give you the opportunity to develop and grow within a fast paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Preparing/ Drafting, contracts, offer letters, reference letters. • Employee on boarding coordination, setting up new starter files, Probationary reporting, employee screening provisions • Assisting with Recruitment • System database entry, maintenance and development • Support with coordination of medical referrals • Inbound/Outbound calls Key Skills Required: • Previous experience in a HR Administration role preferable • An excellent telephone manner • Strong organisational skills • A positive, enthusiastic & flexible attitude • Capacity to work under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft word Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Administrators to Senior Office Managers throughout Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
