Job Description

Our client, a very unique and forward thinking business, requires a HR / Recruitment Administrator to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis. Initially the role will be for 3-4 days per week, eventually going full time and permanent. Responsibilities: * Reviewing CVs * Arranging and coordinating interviews * Following up internally and with candidates * Helping identify who they need to hire (to fill the gaps in their business) * Pro-actively searching for candidates * Supporting us with the on boarding of new staff * Helping to design and implement a standard induction * Being an initial point of contact for new starters * Being responsible for training and developing of staff * Coordinating staff reviews Our client is ideally looking for a graduate who has recently studied in HR and who is keen to work in Recruitment. Candidates who have studied in media will also be considered as this is in line with the industry they work in.
