Health & Ed are looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in South West London. Duties will include: -Administering pre-employment paperwork and ensuring that it has been completed correctly - Assisting applicants with general queries - Assisting in preparation for interviews - Photocopying and Filing - Preparing reports, spreadsheets and database information - Conduct telephone interviews as well as assisting with general telephone enquiries - Maintaining HR filing systems - Maintaining the company's social media presence Skills required: - Customer Service Skills - Accurate and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Flexible and adaptable approach to work - Ability to multi-task - Ability to work on your own initiative - Show a creative approach to work - Experience in working to deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office
