Job Description

A leading Social Media organisation based in London are seeking an Analytics and Insights Partner who has a passion for data and problem solving to join their team. You will be joining the Recruitment team to help support answering challenging questions, make a real impact and play an important role in helping the team find the best talent in the world. The ideal candidate will have experience on using data to uncover insights within Recruitment and HR to drive actions with ideally experience relating to people data. Responsibilities: * Develop a clear understanding of the EMEA Recruiting Management needs and provide regular data insights and recommendations through analysis of trends * Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers to help create a story to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions for the EMEA Recruiting team * Act as an internal consultant by analysing and recommending solutions to key business partners relating to people data * Build reports and analytics by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends * Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported address data integrity issues and work to solve root cause process or systems issues * Build an effective working relationship with the global Business Insights and People Analytics teams representing the EMEA agenda * Partner with the People Insights and Engineering team to improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness and work with internal teams to automate or streamline data collection or sharing processes * Detailed analyses to support strategic decision-making * Find and define connections between multiple data sources bridging the gap between data, insights, and advanced analytics to identify emerging trends and make strategic recommendations * Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Workday, SalesForce and Excel to drive efficient analytics Skills and experience: * BA/BSC in a field that emphasizes analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics, psychology), or equivalent work experience * Experience of progressive consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action * Relevant experience includes analytics, management consulting, sales operations, finance, compensation, or related fields * Understanding of statistical analysis, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information * Understanding of data visualization principles * Experience with data management and having an understanding of data structures; * Experience with SQL or R, Tableau software, Recruiting or HRIS systems, and any other related programs for executing the above responsibilities * Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, workforce planning and other people analytics) * Experience working with or in support of diverse communities If you feel you fit the above criteria, please apply today.
