HR/Recruitment Manager Circa 4-6 months Lincoln Client Details Page Personnel are currently supporting a busy organisation in the Charity/N4P sector with the appointment of an interim HR/Recruitment Manager to join a busy HR function. Description Working alongside a HR Manager, this role will involve supporting with various duties surrounding Recruitment Campaigns, Recruitment Strategy, Internal Restructures and On-boarding. The duties will include, but are not limited to: Business Partnering with stakeholders to understand the wide variety of current vacancies around the organisations Posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and supporting with offer management to ensure smooth on-boarding Recruiting for a wide range of roles from entry-level to executive appointments Work strategically with the organisation to ensure the most effective recruitment policies and procedures - look at ways to improve candidate attraction and engagement Work with Stakeholders to ensure talent management, succession planning and internal movements Work with external agencies and review strategies around direct sourcing and external sourcing methods Review new and innovative approaches to advertising and recruitment methods Support the HR Manager with generalist areas of HR as and when requiredProfile Ideal applicants for this HR/Recruitment Manager role will be available to start at short notice, you may be from a generalist HR background with a passion for recruitment or, you may be from a specialist recruitment background. Ideally you will have some working knowledge of the Not-4-Profit/Charitable Sector You will build excellent relationships with Stakeholders and have the ability to offer strategic recommendations around Recruitment Processes Job Offer Up to Circa £30000 Flexible working available Circa 3-6 months, possible scope for longer-term prospects but this cannot be guaranteed Excellent work environment
