In House Recruiter My client, a well-known fundraising company for charity, based in Ruscombe, requires an In House Recruiter to join their team permanently. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role. It is a full time working 9h00 - 17h00 Monday to Friday The salary is £25 - £30k depending on experience. OTE up to £15k Purpose of the role: Responsible for the recruitment of Field Employees to the business in line with agreed objectives Key tasks of the role: • Proactively manage all recruitment activity to deliver the required number of Fundraisers and other recruitment needs across all regions to include: o Direct advertising via appropriate mediums; job boards etc. o Pro-active CV search o Third party recruitment partners o In-house referral scheme o Use of Social Media, LinkedIn etc. • Ensure the company is always represented and presented as an employer of choice • Contribute to the research and recommendation of best routes to market to attract suitable candidates • Accurately maintain all required Company records including tracking all candidate applications • Ensure all advertisements and communications and all records held comply with the Data Protection Act • Conduct telephone screening and first telephone interviews with all candidates ensuring they are properly assessed • Prepare successful candidates for face-to-face interview with the relevant Hiring Manager • Where required, conduct interview days at appropriate venues within the regions • Manage the post-interview process including: o Ensure Interviewers return all necessary paperwork correctly completed and in a timely manner o Ensure candidates have completed field observations and feedback has been received o Ensure the timely communication of feedback and outcome to candidates o Liaise with all departments to ensure the efficient on-boarding of candidates • Represent the Company at appropriate events including, by way of example, networking events, recruitment fairs etc. • Ensure all candidates and suppliers have a good experience of the company • Provide a weekly updating report • Support the development of line managers in interview techniques • Conduct face to face cold canvassing at shows and other venues For operational reasons, the Company reserves the right to transfer you to alternative duties. For this reason, it is a condition of employment that you are willing to do so, if requested, from time to time. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION: Qualifications: Good standard of education; A level or equivalent. Certificate in Personnel Practice or studying towards chartered membership of the CIPD. Proven experience of: Managing an end-to-end recruitment process within an in-house environment or experience of working within a recruitment consultancy Sourcing candidates through various mediums including CV search via Job Boards, social media e.g. LinkedIn Arranging, conducting and evaluating interviews Providing advice and guidance on recruitment methods and best practice Up-to-date knowledge of employment / recruitment legislation. Competent user of Microsoft packages Skills / Abilities / Knowledge: Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Strong planning and organisational ability Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail An understanding and ideally a working knowledge of psychometric testing tools; e.g. Myers Briggs, Thomas International.
