Global In-House Recruiter - 4 Months Initially - Reading - £200 - £250 per day ** Global In-House Recruiter: We have an exciting and challenging interim role for an experienced recruiter to work closely with the US part of this global hi-tech business. Based in the high profile Reading offices this role is initially for 4 months. This 360 role delivers recruitment expertise for hiring within the business, globally with a strong element of hands on day to day recruitment in this diverse and demanding role. Key features include: - * Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement a robust recruitment strategy, utilising cost impact awareness * Writing attractive job adverts, using in depth specifications and advertise them to attract the maximum amount of applications * Identifying and qualifying candidates for approved roles, previous experience within a hitch business would be beneficial * Scheduling interviews in a timely manner * Offer negotiations with candidates and obtaining offer approval to enable hires * Liaison with recruitment agencies on an existing PSL * Utilising social media to attract new candidates & build a pipeline of future candidates as well a direct head-hunting tactics * Use social networking to promote employer brand and drive traffic to increase applications * Manage expectations across the business * Proactive management of the recruitment database * Ad-hoc Reporting and administration If you are an experienced recruiter and interested in this great interim role, do get in touch with Lucy-Emma @ Wade Macdonald ASAP! ** Global In-House Recruiter - 4 Months Initially - Reading - £200 - £250 per day ** Applications are encouraged from all candidates meeting or exceeding the minimum criteria for the role regardless of age, disability, gender, orientation, race, religion or ethnicity
