Job Description

In House Recruiter needed asap! Key responsibilities * Looking after direct recruitment for all departments including digital and technology * Conduct recruitment meetings with managers, understanding their needs and translating them into an agreed recruitment approach. * Participate in competency based interview panels and other tests for appropriate roles in business area. * Agree with manager consistent and competitive compensation and benefits for roles. * Work with HR and managers to define job descriptions and person specifications. * Understand business strategy to ensure when partnering with managers they can identify the current and future business needs. * Ensure the approach to talent acquisition aligns with organisational strategy by having an understanding of the current market and consider any political influences, ensuring a robust recruitment process is followed. * Have a good understanding of business area in particular know what success looks like for particular roles. * Identify and define creative and direct sourcing strategies by understanding appropriate audiences for roles in business areas and utilising social media. * Manage candidate relationships by building a positive candidate experience in addition to maintaining relationships with unsuccessful candidates who we may be able to consider in future. * Monitor and review service to drive continuous improvement by benchmarking and by creating recruitment metrics that improves the quality of hire and ability to make better recruitment decisions. * Create and continuously develop passive candidate pipelines. * Build, maintain and continuously review relationships with external organisations that can help achieve talent strategy. * Provide support and work closely with wider HR Team as appropriate. Knowledge/Skills: * Experience of various direct sourcing techniques and using social media for networking * Great experience managing the full recruitment life cycle from vacancy approval to offer. * Exceptional relationship building skills with managers and candidates * Track record of developing passive candidate pipelines and talent pools * Excellent negotiating and influencing skills * Demonstrable mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience Candidate MUST be available immediately!!
