Working with one of the leading social care organisations in the UK, we are recruiting for a highly talented in house recruiter to hit the ground running within this great job. Providing support services to vulnerable people within the communities they support, this organisation are looking for someone to take up this role based at their head office in Islington. Within easy reach of Angel, Highbury & Islington and Kings Cross stations, you will be based in a highly centralised location but with more of a community feeling. Day to day, you will be drafting and posting job adverts on a variety of web settings as well as managing responses to these adverts through an internal system. You will also be liaising with hiring managers, candidates and your HR/Recruitment team to coordinate recruitment needs and set up interview dates. Once a candidate is successful, you will help with the onboarding process which includes ensuring all compliance checks are met. This role will be ideal for candidates who are from either another in house recruitment role or from an agency background who are excellent at their job but don't like to chase sales. As a non-sales based role (in the way a recruitment agency may work), your priority will be on the candidates specifically. You may be someone who is fantastic at sourcing and on-boarding but picking up those pesky jobs and having to agree fees may not be within your comfort zone - well, this could be! In addition to these excellent qualities, you should have an existing recruitment background to draw from and if this is in the social care, healthcare or housing sectors, then even better! You should have a strong understanding of recruitment compliances, advert management and excellent organisational skills. In return for your dedication and hard work, you will be offered a salary of £27,000 as well as a benefits package including ample holiday leave, a company pension and a wide host of other great benefits.
