The new In-house Recruiter will be assisting the Resourcing Manager, where you will be guided and mentored right from the start. The new In-house Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Supporting the Resourcing Manager with recruitment of all roles within the company. * Management of job advertisement and utilizing social media tools in the most effective way. * Managing candidate selection and conducting first-stage interviews. * Assisting with onboarding processes of new starters. * Encouraged to bring new and innovative ideas to the table in regards to the hiring process.
