Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of an interim In-house Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis working remotely. As the In-house Recruiter, you will manage all recruitment activities for one of our manufacturing sites in Hungary. Working alongside a Head of HR the successful candidate will be able to influence the way in which the business attracts, selects and retains exceptional talent, adding to the existing high calibre talent. Key responsibilities of an In-house Recruiter will include: * Provide an excellent candidate experience, both for successful and unsuccessful applicants. This includes communication of feedback from the selection process, negotiation of the offer in partnership with the HR team and hiring manager and issuance of employment contract * Work with hiring managers to scope the intended role, draft job descriptions, liaising with agencies where appropriate and determine the selection process * Conduct interviews at various levels across the business via phone and over Skype * Develop reporting and metrics on candidate sources, time to recruit, success rates * Provide appropriate recruitment training and mentoring for hiring managers * Develop relationships with third-party recruitment partners, LinkedIn, job boards etc. Skills & experience of an In-house Recruiter: * Solid in-house experience - the experience of having worked for a manufacturing business would be beneficial * Fluent Hungarian speaker * Confident and organised, demonstrates the ability to manage own time and prioritise competing tasks * Ability to form relationships at all levels of the business through interpersonal skills * Clear integrity and discretion, essential when working with confidential and sensitive information Our client is built on diversity.
