Job Title - In-house Recruiter/Resourcer Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 Location - Wakefield JOB ROLE Previous end to end recruitment experience is essential as is the ability to operate in a fast paced business where you will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment projects end to end within the West Yorkshire area You should hold the ability to liaise daily with the senior management team within the business working closely to support the business needs and providing guidance on recruitment strategies and procedures This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is very well known and respected in their industry Our client is one of the world’s leading legal practices and is considered to be a market leader with its technologies, innovative approach to product and service development and channels to market The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in high street permanent recruitment in the commercial or financials services sectors OR have successfully recruited as an in-house provider The expectation is that you will have well developed recruitment/talent acquisition skills and capabilities including KEY REQUIREMENTS • Proficient with online recruiting methods, job boards and applicant tracking software CRM and database management • Effective and compelling copy writing skills • LinkedIn and social media savvy • Off the market recruitment capabilities • Applicant attraction and talent pipeline strategies • Administering testing and selection methods • Advanced interviewing skills • Understands the various legislation governing recruitment and employment – such as Equal Opportunities and essential contract law • In return, this is an outstanding opportunity to join an energised and focused business with an aspirational culture SUMMARY Due to this being a newly created position; for the right person, there is a real opportunity to help shape and evolve this role to ensure that it is as personally fulfilling as it is – effective and aligned to the business`s ambitions You will form part of a small but highly dedicated internal service delivery team and be key to helping develop and execute the talent strategy designed to ensure that the business is able to attract and retain the people and skills to support growth The role attracts a competitive basic salary, performance related bonus, pension, healthcare, employee rewards and other attractive benefits You will also receive high quality professional development and a future career pathway
