In-House Recruiter/Resourcer – International Law Firm - £32k – 6 month Contract Our client, a global law firm based in London have a vacancy for an experienced recruiter to work in-house to assist with resourcing. The firm are offering a competitive salary and the position is based on a 6 month contract. This role Is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an in-house role. Duties for this role will include: • Provide recruitment advice, recommendations, and regular feedback to Line Managers, Heads of Departments and Partners regarding their resourcing needs; • Recruit business services ensuring the recruitment of the best candidates who are suitably qualified and experienced • Encourage direct applicants through internal and external referrals as well as innovative marketing strategies; • Responsible for adherence to the firm's recruitment procedure including (but not limited to) recruitment requisition sign-off, production of up to date job descriptions, salary benchmarking, and guidance with regard to interview questions, prior to the commencement of any recruitment; • Work collaboratively with the wider resourcing team and/or the wider HR team to help develop the recruitment strategy for the departments; • Facilitate quarterly meetings with Heads of Department and annual resource planning across Business Services departments; • Conduct and facilitate interviews as part of the recruitment process as appropriate; • Assist with exit interviews and the analysis of trends and retention; • Recruitment of contract / temp and fixed-term staff and act as HR point of contact for the duration of their contract; • Ensure all recruitment, new joiner and leaver documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner; • Liaise with recruitment agencies and conduct ongoing analysis of the preferred suppliers (PSL) and ensure communication, relationships, and quality of service are consistently maintained; • Maintain up to date information for reporting on any hires; • Support and cover colleagues workloads as and when required; • Take part in ad hoc HR projects from time to time e.g. market data for salary reviews. Skills: • Previous experience of Legal Recruitment from an agency or Law Firm environment • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines • Ability to think on your feet • Team player • Able to multitask and hit tight deadlines • Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook • Flexible with working hours • Can do attitude
