Elevation recruitment group are currently looking for an interim resourcing advisor to join an established talent acquisition team for a period of 12 months. Reporting in to the recruitment manager you will have an opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide a first-class internal recruitment service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation supporting through a period of change. In this role you will be responsible for: * Proactively identify suitable candidates, including carrying out CV searches, Linkedin and head hunting * Telephone and face to face competency interviews, and the coordination and facilitation of group assessments * Meetings with Hiring Managers to establish recruitment needs and produce accurate job specifications. * Develop and utilise the social network sites * Following current recruitment process and promoting best practice as well as educating others on this as well as ensuring legal compliance in all recruitment and selection activity. * Generating reports and analysis of recruitment information. * Building relationships with key suppliers to ensure that we are receiving both the best service and cost, utilising strong negotiation skills. * Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of vacancies at any one time. * Dealing with both high volume vacancies as well as highly specialised vacancies. * Driving key KPI's to meet and exceed targets, ensuring that only the best quality candidates are recruited. * Maintenance of an applicant tracking system to drive efficiencies in our recruitment processes and provide a great candidate experience. Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences: * The successful candidate will have previously worked in a recruitment environment. You'll have a high level of recruitment knowledge and expertise. * Previous experience of competency based assessment and managing assessment centres. * It is essential that you are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a large workload, allowing you to effectively manage high volume and specialised recruitment. * You will be driven and tenacious in your approach, ensuring a truly efficient recruitment process for both the candidate and hiring manager. * You will utilise your excellent communication skills both internally as you liaise with recruiting managers and externally, liaising with candidates as well as establishing good working relationships with external suppliers.
